Terms of Service

PredInt is offered to founders by invitation and approval. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use it.

Access is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

PredInt interviews you by voice and turns those conversations into a cognitive profile that updates over time. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality as the product develops.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

By taking a call with PredInt, you consent to the recording, transcription, and automated analysis of that conversation so we can build and improve your profile.

Please do not share confidential information about other people during a call unless you have their permission to do so.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access; and no scraping or automated extraction of data without our written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

We own the PredInt platform, software, and design. You retain ownership of the content you provide during your interviews.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service and to generate and maintain your profile.

PredInt produces profiles, summaries, and signals using AI. These are probabilistic interpretations, not statements of fact or professional advice.

You should not rely on them as the sole basis for any hiring, investment, financial, or other significant decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YE Stack disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using PredInt and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
