PredInt is a product of YE Stack (“we”, “us”). We provide voice interviews for founders and turn those conversations into a living cognitive profile.

Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details, handled through our identity provider when you create an account or are invited to a workspace.

Interview content: audio from your voice sessions, the transcripts generated from that audio, and any notes or answers you provide during a call.

Derived profile: the cognitive profile, signals, and summaries that PredInt produces by analyzing your interviews over time.

Technical data: basic device, browser, and usage information, plus a phone number where you choose to be interviewed by phone.

To conduct your voice interviews, transcribe them, and build and continually sharpen your cognitive profile.

To operate, secure, and improve the product, and to communicate with you about your account, calls, and updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your interview content to train third-party foundation models.

Your calls are processed by automated speech-to-text and language models so PredInt can understand the conversation in real time and respond.

Transcripts and numerical representations (embeddings) of your conversation are stored so your profile persists and improves across sessions. Profile insights are generated by AI and are probabilistic, not definitive judgments about you.

We rely on a small set of trusted sub-processors to deliver the service — for authentication, telephony and voice transport, speech and language processing, memory storage, and database hosting.

Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function and is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A current list is available on request.

We keep your account data and profile for as long as your account is active. Interview audio and transcripts are retained to maintain the accuracy of your profile.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will remove it within a reasonable period except where we are required to retain it by law.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices across our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
